SO MUCH FUN!!!

We spend almost every weekend at the lake. My kids just love swimming with their cousins and jumping off the pier. We thought maybe the kids would enjoy some tubing this year. So we got a smaller 1-2 person tube, my 8 year old absolutely loved it, my 5 year old not so much, even with a slow putt around the lake. So when I saw this deck style I thought my younger kiddo might like sitting up and riding instead of being on their belly and having the water splashing in their face. And I was right! I'd seen similar styles of this one at Walmart and almost bought it there, it was around the same price, but this one is definitely a nicer quality. Everyone absolutely LOVES this tube! All the grandkids and cousins and even grandma and grandpa get on for a ride! It's really well made. Has that heavy duty nylon cover! It does have two towable points, one in the front and one in the back, but we only used the one in the front, so the riders were able to be in a comfortable sitting position. There are several handles they can hang onto too. We didn't get this one until later in the season so we were only able to get a few rides in before the weather started to shift, I'm hoping we get a lot of use out of it next summer. Definitely recommend!

Medium duty towable but not heavy duty or for float trips

This has great buoyancy, it's obviously intended for one person but it holds two full grown adults just fine. It's durable enough for adults or children, for low or even medium speed towing. Also great for playing around in the pool or at the beach, it's not too heavy to tote around. I would not trust this in choppy waters, for stunts, high speeds, anything like that. It is also not durable enough for float trips - this is not heavy duty enough to stand up to rocks or debris. It is also not very steerable. As soon as the box arrived, I knew immediately from the size and weight it was for light or medium duty lake fun and not suitable for rafting, stunts, high speed towing, etc. Don't get me wrong - I'm pretty happy with the quality, stitching and build quality is good. I just wish there were a universal rating system so consumers could know the thickness or gauge of the material used on these tubes.

Sturdy and medium-durable for slow-towing. Great pool chair!

This rider chair feels like it is for medium-duty lower-speed towing. That is mainly because it is a strong nylon fabric with good stitching, but it is not the kind of heavy canvas that can take every rough event. I am first using it in a friend’s pool because it is the only pool chair i have found that is really steady and bouyant enough to lie back and soak up the sun without worrying about flipping or deflating by mistake, yet it sits high enough that i can just tip into the water easily when i want to.

Fun Novelty Boat Toy

I come from a big boating family and I am always looking for more (and more exciting) toys to give to my parents. This banana caught my eye and I was so excited to order it for this summer. I have not had the chance to get it in the water yet but I can tell it’s going to be a lot of fun. Upon opening the box I can see that this float is not as thick as some other comparable ones I have owned. I don’t get the impression it will be for heavy use, maybe better for floating and drinking than towing behind the boat. I will report back after we have used it!

Let the fun begin!

This is a water chariot set up for towing. The tube measures 65” long and 60” wide by about 24” tall. It is designed for either sitting back armchair style or kneeling chariot style. It is made of heavy-duty nylon over PVC. It has handholds along the sides, the middle, the back, and the front. It has reinforced towing holds on the back and the front. It has a maximum load of 340 lbs. I am impressed with the build of this towing tube. The reinforced towing holds feel quite sturdy. The tube takes a lot air to fill it completely, but with a plug-in inflator, this shouldn’t be a problem. The tube is a big hit at our family camp. However, we do have to remind folks about the weight limit. Two girls or a guy and a girl are no problem, but 2 guys can be too much. The tube holds up well for slow to medium-speed towing on our flat lake. There is no steering on the tube, so I wouldn’t use this for rapids. Overall, this tube is a great addition to our lake toy collection.

So cool.

This is just as fun as it looks it's really cool behind the boat it is very tricky balancing but it's in a fun way so it's entertaining fun and it could be easier to use if you are not a group of teenage boys laughing your head off trying to knock each other off but they're having a great time with it and that's the most important thing.

Nice for lake play and low-speed towing; I wouldn't trust it on a river or for fast towing

This is a medium-weight tube that makes a nice small boat for calm lake use--floating, paddling or low-speed towing. It does not appear to be designed for stability at higher speeds, or to be either steerable or stable in whitewater with rocks. It's about one-third the weight of serious sporting tubes and has no provision for stability or steering. The tube is easy to inflate and deflate for transportation, and big enough for a large adult. It seems to be well made and attractively designed. I recommend it for light water sports in calm water, by good swimmers.
